Fingerless single facer with Vacuum Type pneumatic controlled system corrugation rolls are made of special carbon steel alloy.

Pneumatic control is equipped with glue roller,corrugation press and single-side fluting system.Automatic glue supply system,electric adjusting the glue and gluing area(with glue PLC). Main bearing adopts fire resistant lubricant grease. Corrugated roller is made alloy carbon steel after heating and the hardness is: HRC 55-60 and the surface is grinded and chrome plated. It also includes glue auto-controlling and broken paper auto-check controlling system. Max.speed: 150m/min.Valid Breadth: 1600-2200mm.
